stunning
Thank you! 🙂
Dev, the quote from Democritus reminds me of another poetry snippet:
“At quite uncertain times and places,
The atoms left their heavenly path,
And by fortuitous embraces,
Engendered all that being hath.”
This is the best-known and perhaps most quotable excerpt from a longer poem, “Molecular Evolution”, by James Clerk Maxwell: https://www.poetryfoundation.org/poems/45777/molecular-evolution
I don’t remember this particular poem but I do remember being very surprised to see Maxwell listed as a poet on Poetry Foundation. Who knew? Thank you for stopping by.
