Thank you Gary. Always a pleasure to read your comments. This road was especially spectacular and I tried to bring home with me as much of its character as I could. There are spectacular rock (granite?) walls on both sides as the road winds through them and the views beyond the bend as you see are spectacular as well. Prescott, Arizona.
I figured probably Arizona, since it has that special look, plus (of course!) it’s your home stomping ground.
I assume those are bike lanes at the road’s edges. How much fun it would be to cycle along that stretch!
Yes, by the width of it and given the scenic route I think they are bike lanes. Although I wasn’t biking. ?
There’s a lot of Arizona that I haven’t seen and since I am here anyway, I intend to get around and photograph it.
